This is a picture of my newest tattoo taken right after it was done. I wanted a compass to reflect my love of travel, and also to remind me to “follow my heart” and be the person I want to be. I got the leaves because I adore the autumn and it’s about the only thing I like about the midwest, where I grew up. 

The tattoo was done by Mathew Moreno at Metamorph Studios in Chicago, IL. He’s amazing, I definitely recommend him!

My moons, right after they were finished :) I absolutely love the moon and feel a very deep affinity for it-i’m intrigued by the power it holds over our bodies. Done by Adam Francey at White Tiger tattoo. His work is amazing, and I was really grateful he was willing to do this piece for me since it’s not his typical style. I’m so happy with the finished results :)
